Hey Friends,

I want to thank you all so much for your support in voting this past week for the Aviva Community Fund. It was SO amazing that we were able to finish first and move on to the Semi-Finals round that runs December 2nd to 16th.

If we place in the top of the Semi-Finals, we move on to the finals where the Aviva judges look over all the top ideas and the winners will be announced on January 25th, 2010.

Skate4Cancer operates as a community. Let's give this community a home. Please vote on Dec 2nd.

I'm so happy everyone came together and voted for this but our work is not over. I wrote a blog post about voting on my blog on the school newspaper's website and you can be sure I'm going to write another one for the Semi-finals. I'm incredibly happy for you, Rob and I am also grateful that you exist. The world needs a few more Rob Dyers. I am so proud of you and I won't forget to tell you the next time I see you in Montreal. Take care buddy :) I'll keep spreading the word the best that I can.

I'm so excited/proud/happy that S4C advanced! Like Rissa Lonero, my b-day's 2 days before that, and besides seeing my hero in person and being able to hang out with and skate countries with him, him winning a building in Toronto? That's the next best birthday ever. Good job Rob! One day I'll be able to skate with you bud! :) <3 ya bud! :)
